JACKSONVILLE IS LAUNCHING THEIR CARNIVAL
THE SAME DAY AS MIAMI-BROWARD!
And with the line up of events and artists I've seen from the flyers I just got, Im seeing that Jacksonville carnival is becoming one of those carnivals I just may have to attend! Wish I had a birdie at that launch on Saturday to see some costumes!
